改良鼻胃管固定法在预防鼻黏膜压力性损伤中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 观察改良鼻胃管固定法对鼻黏膜压力性损伤的预防效果。方法 选取2022年4月至8月陕西省肿瘤医院普外科收治的118例需要留置鼻胃管的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(58例)和干预组(60例)。两组的鼻胃管材料、型号相同,对照组采用常规胶带固定法,干预组采用改良鼻胃管固定法。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预组的鼻黏膜压力性损伤总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的鼻部疼痛总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的导管移位、脱管、自行拔管总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的护理舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 改良鼻胃管固定法可有效预防鼻黏膜压力性损伤,减轻鼻部疼痛,提高患者护理满意度及舒适度,降低导管移位、脱管和自行拔管发生率。Objective To observe the preventive effect of modified nasogastric tube fixation method on nasal mucosal pressure injury.Methods A total of 118 patients who needed indwelling nasogastric tube in the general surgery department,Shaanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital from April to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(58 cases)and intervention group(60 cases).The nasogastric tube materials and models of the two groups were the same.The control group was fixed with conventional tape method,and the intervention group was fixed with modified nasogastric tube method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of nasal mucosal pressure injury in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nasal pain in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of catheter displacement,extubation and self-extubation in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing comfort of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified nasogastric tube fixation method can effectively prevent nasal mucosal pressure injury,reduce nasal pain,improve patient nursing satisfaction and comfort,and reduce the incidences of catheter displacement,extubation and self-extubation.
