摘 要:GIL作为中国能源电力互联网建设中一种重要的新型输电设备,在许多大型工程中都得到了广泛的应用。但随着GIL应用日益增多,由金属微粒污染物造成的内部绝缘劣化问题也日渐突出,很有必要对GIL内部金属微粒运动行为与放电特性的机理开展深入研究。文中从金属微粒的形状与材质、金属微粒的尺寸与数量、金属微粒的存在状态、金属微粒受电场作用的大小与类型、绝缘子类型与表面状况5大角度对国内外研究工作进行了归纳总结,给出了典型金属微粒的受力分析模型及计算公式,论述了金属粉尘群的潜在危险,对比了固定金属微粒与自由金属微粒的运动规律,以及交流、直流、冲击等典型电压下金属微粒的运动变化,并依据GIL内部不同绝缘子类型对表面电荷积聚及沿面闪络机理进行了分析。GIL,as an important new type of power transmission equipment in energy and power internet construc-tion in China,has been widely used in many large-scale projects.However,with the increasing application of GIL,the issue of internal insulation degradation due to metal particle pollutants is also becoming more and more prominent.It is therefore necessary to conduct in-depth research on the mechanism of metal particle movement behavior and dis-charge characteristics inside GIL.In this paper,the research work both at home and abroad is summarized from such five perspectives as shape and material,size and quantity,existence state of metal particles,extent and type of metal particles affected by electric field as well as type and surface condition of insulator.The stress analysis model and cal-culation formula of typical metal particles are presented,the potential danger of metal dust cluster is described.More-over,the movement of fixed and free metal particles as well as the movement variation of metal particles under such typical voltages as AC,DC,and impact voltage are compared.According to the different types of insulators inside the GIL,the surface charge accumulation and flashover mechanism along the surface are analyzed.
