摘  要:特高压输电线路等电位带电作业过程中会出现电弧放电,产生高幅值、高能量的脉冲电流,因此提出准确的转移电流计算方法对作业人员的安全防护具有重要意义。文中提出了基于电弧模型的电位转移电流计算方法,可对进入等电位的过程进行模拟。基于PSCAD平台建立了1000 kV输电线路耐张塔等电位带电作业电位转移电流计算模型,同时分析了进入等电位的方式及速度对转移电流的影响。仿真与实测结果基本一致,表明该计算模型能够有效反映电位转移电流的动态变化特性。采用软梯法获得的转移电流峰值更小,提高进入等电位速度,可有效降低电位转移电流幅值。Arc discharge occurs in the process of equipotential live working of UHV transmission lines,resulting in high amplitude and high energy pulse current.Hence,it is of great significance to propose an accurate calculation method of transfer current for safe protection of operators.A calculation method of potential transfer current based on the arc model is proposed in this paper,which can simulate the process of entering the equipotential.Based on the PSCAD platform,the calculation model of potential transfer current in equipotential live working of 1000 kV trans-mission line tension tower is set up.At the same time,the influence of entering the equipotential method and speed on the transfer current is analyzed.The simulation and measured results are basically identical,indicating that the calculation model can effectively reflect the dynamic change characteristics of potential transfer current.The peak value of transfer current obtained by the soft ladder method is smaller,and the amplitude of the potential transfer cur-rent can be effectively reduced by increasing the speed of entering the equipotential.
