摘 要:根据绩效管理与供应链战略相匹配,绩效评价服务于战略目标的管理思路,考虑武器装备供应链的战略特殊性,基于武器装备供应链建设目标,构建了武器装备供应商绩效评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和熵值法组合赋权确定评价指标权重,采用理想点逼近方法进行供应商绩效评价和排序,并用实例验证了指标体系、赋权方法和评价方法的合理性和可行性。According to the management concept of matching performance management with supply chain strategy,perfor⁃mance evaluation serves strategic objectives.Considering the strategic particularity of the weapon equipment supply chain and based on the construction goals of the weapon equipment supply chain,a performance evaluation index system for weapon equipment sup⁃pliers is constructed.The weight of the evaluation index is determined by combining hierarchical analysis and entropy method,and the TOPSIS method is used for supplier performance evaluation and ranking,and the rationality and feasibility of the indicator sys⁃tem,weighting methods,and evaluation methods are verified with examples.
