摘 要:针对山西宁武榆树坡煤业有限公司2201工作面顶板坚硬、采高大及支护困难等问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和工程实践的方法,对坚硬顶板条件下大采高一次采全高工作面岩层移动规律进行了研究,选取支架型号为ZY8000/26/56并进行了工程应用。现场应用中支架工作状态良好,取得了有效的顶板控制效果,满足工作面安全高效开采的要求。Aiming at the problems of hard roof,large mining height and difficult support in 2201 working face of Shanxi Ningwu Yushupo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice are used to study the strata movement law of full-height working face with large mining height under hard roof conditions.The selected support model is ZY8000/26/56,and the engineering application is carried out.In the field application,the working state of the support is good,and the effective roof control effect is achieved,which meets the requirements of safe and efficient mining of the working face.
