摘  要:为保证采掘安全,山西煤炭运销集团三元古韩荆宝煤业30303采煤工作面采用先注浆后穿越方式进行老旧采空区的掘进穿越,介绍了注浆工艺和支护方法,支护后,对掘进过程中围岩变形量和锚杆受力进行监测。结果显示,采用该施工方案,顶底板的最大位移量分别为180 mm和80 mm,两帮位移量为162 mm,左右两帮锚杆受力分别为15.1 kN和14.6 kN,使得掘进工作面围岩变形得到有效控制,锚杆受力在允许值范围内。To ensure mining safety,30303 coal mining face of Jingbao Coal Industry adopts a method of first grouting and then crossing to excavate and cross the old goaf.The grouting process and support methods are introduced.After the support is carried out,monitor the deformation of the surrounding rock and the stress on the anchor rod during the excavation process.The results showed that using the construction plan of grouting first and then crossing,the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates were 180 mm and 80 mm respectively,and the displacement of the two sides was 162 mm.The force on the left and right side anchor rods was 15.1 kN and 14.6 kN respectively,effectively controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock of the excavation face,and the force on the anchor rods was within the allowable range.
