快速康复护理联合缩唇呼吸训练应用于胸腔镜肺癌根治术后患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复护理联合缩唇呼吸训练应用于胸腔镜肺癌根治术后患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月胸腔镜肺癌根治术后患者75例,按照简单随机化法分为对照组(37例)和观察组(38例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复护理联合缩唇呼吸训练干预,观察两组患者肺功能、呼吸肌生理学、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果:干预2周后两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占所有呼气量比值(FEV1/FVC)均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2周后观察组最大呼气压(MEP)、最大吸气压(MIP)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各指标评分(疾病影响、活动受限、呼吸症状)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理联合缩唇呼吸训练应用于胸腔镜肺癌根治术后患者,可有效改善患者呼吸功能,提高生活质量,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with lip-shrinking breathing training in patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer after radical surgery.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,75 patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer were divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(38 cases)with routine nursing intervention.The lung function,respiratory muscle physiology,quality of life and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:After 2 weeks of intervention,the forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to all expiratory volumes(FEV1/FVC)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 2 weeks of intervention(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the maximum expiratory pressure(MEP)and maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life indicators(disease impact,limited activity,respiratory symptoms)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with lip contraction breathing training in patients after thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer can effectively improve respiratory function,improve quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
