摘  要:目的探讨认知图式宣教模式对预防接种门诊接种者疫苗接种情况的影响。方法将200例预防接种门诊接种者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各100例。对照组行常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予认知图式宣教模式干预。比较两组接种者疫苗接种率、接种知识知晓度、疫苗接种时间、风险事件发生率、接种配合度、护理满意度。结果干预后研究组接种者乙肝、甲肝、流感、HPV疫苗接种率高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后研究组接种知识知晓度评分高于对照组(P<0.01),接种时间短于对照组(P<0.01),风险事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组接种者接种总配合度及护理总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对预防接种门诊接种者实施认知图式宣教模式干预,能提高其接种知识知晓度、疫苗接种率、接种配合度,缩短疫苗接种时间,降低风险事件发生率,护理满意度较高。Objective To explore the impact of cognitive schema education model(CSEM)on the vaccination status in vaccination clinics.Methods A total of 200 receivers in vaccination clinics were assigned to research and control group according to random number table method,with 100case in each group.Controls did routine nursing and research group did the CSEM on the basis of controls.Such indexes were compared between two groups as vaccination rate,awareness degrees of vaccination knowledge,vaccination time,incidences of risk events,vaccination cooperation,and nursing satisfaction.Results After intervention vaccination rates of hepatitis B,hepatitis A,influenza,and HPV vaccines were higher in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After intervention awareness degrees of vaccination knowledge were higher(P<0.01),vaccination interval time shorter(P<0.01)and total incidences of risk events lower(P<0.05)in research than control group.The total cooperation rate of vaccination and total nursing satisfaction rate were higher in research than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The CSEM could raise awareness degrees of vaccination knowledge,vaccination rate,vaccination cooperation,shorten vaccination interval time,reduce the incidence of risk events,and has higher nursing satisfaction.
