负压创面治疗技术的机制及在烧伤整形外科中的应用

摘　　要：负压创面治疗技术(NPWT)作为一种新兴的创面治疗方法,已经引起了广泛的关注和研究并被施用于多种临床实践。本文归纳了NPWT促进伤口愈合的作用机制,主要包括隔离外界环境、促进创面血液循环、缓解组织水肿、强化肉芽增生以及影响细胞因子分泌等。同时对其在烧伤整形外科的治疗范畴诸如烧伤、急慢性创伤及整形等领域中进行应用概述,阐明负压创面治疗技术在提高烧伤整形外科治疗效果、减少并发症和改善患者生活质量方面的潜在意义。Negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT),as an emerging wound treatment method,has attracted extensive attention and study and has been applied to a variety of clinical practices.This paper summarizes the mechanism of NPWT to promote wound healing,which mainly includes isolation from the external environment,promotion of wound blood circulation,reduction of tissue edema,enhancing granulomatous proliferation and inhibition of cytokine secretion.It also provides an overview of the application of NPWT in the fields of burns,acute and chronic trauma,and plastics,and illustrates the potential significance of NPWT in improving the efficacy of burns and plastics surgery,reducing complications,and improving the quality of life of patients.
