会阴穴针刺联合内服中药治疗绝经后期阴虚火旺型绝经生殖泌尿综合征的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨会阴穴针刺联合内服中药治疗绝经后期阴虚火旺型绝经生殖泌尿综合征的疗效。方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年4月梅州市中医医院收治的80例绝经后期阴虚火旺型绝经生殖泌尿综合征患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法分为针灸联合中药组与西药组,各40例。针灸联合中药组接受针刺会阴穴+知柏地黄丸治疗,西药组接受戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组的疗效以及治疗前后改良Kupperman Index记分的变化情况。结果 针灸联合中药组的总有效率为90.00%,略高于西药组的80.00%,但差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.569,P>0.05);针灸联合中药组治疗2个月、治疗结束后1个月Kupperman Index评分均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 会阴穴针刺联合内服中药治疗绝经后期阴虚火旺型绝经生殖泌尿综合征疗效显著,能够有效改善患者病情。Objective To explore the curative effect of perineal acupuncture combined with herbal medicine on menopausal genitourinary syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire exuberance.Methods A total of 80 postmenopausal patients with genitourinary syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire exuberation,who were admitted to Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to April 2023 were randomly selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,40 cases in each group.Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was treated with acupuncture at perineal point + Zhibai Dihuang pill,and western medicine group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets.The curative effect after treatment and the change of modified Kupperman index score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was 90.00%,which was slightly higher than that of western medicine group(80.00%),but there was no statistically significant difference(χ~2=1.569,P>0.05).The Kupperman index score of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine group was lower than that of western medicine group treatment 2-month and 1 month after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perineal acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of menopausal genitourinary syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire exuberance in the late menopausal period is effective and can effectively improve the patient's condition.
