引导式想象放松干预对新生血管性青光眼患者术中配合度及心血管应激反应的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析引导式想象放松干预在新生血管性青光眼患者术中护理的应用,对患者术中配合度、心血管应激反应产生的影响。方法 选取2019年5月—2023年5月南通市通州区中医院收治的98例新生血管性青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组49例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在常规干预基础上实施引导式想象放松干预。比较两组术中配合度、心血管应激反应及干预前后情绪评分。结果观察组术中配合度为97.96%,高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.405,P<0.05)。干预前两组心率、收缩压、血皮质醇水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组心率(75.48±7.16)次/min、收缩压(120.42±11.58)mmHg、血皮质醇(13.28±4.16)μg/dl水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预两组抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组焦虑自评量表评分(47.62±4.58)分、抑郁自评量表评分(45.61±4.53)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 引导式想象放松干预在新生血管性青光眼患者术中护理的应用具有较高价值。Objective To analyze the application of guided imagery relaxation intervention in the intraoperative care of patients with neovascular glaucoma,and the impact on intraoperative cooperation and cardiovascular stress response of patients.Methods 98 patients with neovascular glaucoma treated in Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nantong City from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received guided imaginative relaxation intervention based on routine intervention.Intraoperative cooperation,cardiovascular stress response and emotional scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative cooperation of the observation group was 97.96%,higher than that of the control group(83.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.405,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and blood cortisol levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the heart rate(75.48±7.16) times/min,systolic blood pressure(120.42±11.58) mmHg and blood cortisol(13.28±4.16) μg/dl in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in self-rating scale for depression and self-rating scale for anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale score(47.62±4.58) points and self-rating depression scale score(45.61±4.53) points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided imaginative relaxation intervention has a high value in the intraoperative nursing of patients with neovascular glaucoma.
