摘　　要：目的 探讨责任制整体护理模式对子宫腺肌病患者日常生活能力及生活质量的影响。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年1月期间厦门市妇幼保健院收治的120例子宫腺肌病患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组采用传统护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上予以责任制整体护理模式护理。比较两组护理前后日常生活活动能力评分、视觉模拟评分量表评分和WHO生活质量测定量表评分。结果 护理前,两组生活质量测定量表评分、日常生活活动能力评分、视觉模拟评分量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量测定量表中生理(85.34±5.17)分、社会(81.72±5.58)分、心理(88.07±5.64)分,日常生活活动能力评分为(89.07±8.41)分,视觉模拟评分量表评分为(1.09±0.17)分,优于对照组的(76.37±4.24)分、(72.45±4.19)分、(76.35±4.33)分、(81.16±8.28)分、(1.51±0.41)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.392、10.290、12.768、5.192、7.330,P<0.05)。结论 责任制整体护理模式能有效提高子宫腺肌病患者日常生活能力及生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of the holistic nursing model of responsibility system on the daily living ability and quality of life of patients with adenomyosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with adenomyosis admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases) according to the random table number method.The control group was treated with traditional nursing methods,and the observation group was treated with holistic nursing mode based on the control group.The Activity of Daily Living score,Visual Analog Scale Score and WHO quality of life scale score were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results There was no statistically significant difference of the Activity of Daily Living and Visual Analog Scale between the two groups before nursing in quality of life scale(P>0.05).In the post-nursing observation group,the scores of physical(85.34±5.17) points,social(81.72±5.58) points,psychological(88.07±5.64) points,activities of daily living(89.07±8.41) points and Visual Analog Scale(1.09±0.17) points were better than those in the control group(76.37±4.24)points,(72.45±4.19) points,(76.35±4.33) points,(81.16±8.28) points,(1.51±0.41) points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.392,10.290,12.768,5.192,7.330,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing model with responsibility system can effectively improve the daily living ability and quality of life of patients with adenomyosis.
