人文关怀在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术护理中对患儿应激反应及配合度的影响探析

摘　　要：目的 探究人文关怀在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术护理中对患儿应激反应及配合度的影响。方法 方便选取2022年1月—2023年1月泉州市第一医院收治的92例小儿疝气患儿为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上给予人文关怀。比较两组应激反应、患儿配合度。结果 护理前,两组心率、舒张压、收缩压、呼吸频率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组心率、舒张压、收缩压、呼吸频率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组配合度为97.83%,高于对照组的80.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.181,P<0.05)。结论 在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术护理中对患儿实施人文关怀可以降低应激反应水平,提高配合度。Objective To explore the impact of humanistic care on the stress response and cooperation of children during laparoscopic hernia surgery care.Methods A total of 92 children with pediatric hernia treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care based on the control group.Stress response and children's cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and respiratory rate between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and respiratory rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compatibility of the observation group was 97.83%,higher than that of the control group(80.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.181,P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care for children during laparoscopic hernia surgery can reduce their stress response level and improve their cooperation.
