探讨分阶段差别化护理模式在严重骨盆骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨分阶段差别化护理模式对于严重骨盆骨折患者的护理效果。方法 随机抽取2021年6月—2023年6月盐城市第一人民医院收治的60例严重骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组接受分阶段差别化护理模式。对比两组患者护理前后生活质量分数、负面情绪分数和并发症发生率。结果 护理前,两组生活质量评分以及负面情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组各项评分均改善,且观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.320,P=0.038)。结论 分阶段差别化护理模式可明显改善严重骨盆骨折患者骨盆功能以及生活质量,护理效果显著且安全性更高。Objective To explore the nursing effect of staged differentiated nursing model on patients with severe pelvic fractures.Methods 60 patients with severe pelvic fracture admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the observation group received differentiated nursing mode by stages.The quality of life score,negative emotion score and complication rate of the two groups were compared before and after care.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in quality of life score and negative emotion score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of both groups were improved,and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67% lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.320,P=0.038).Conclusion The phased differential nursing model can significantly improve the pelvic function and quality of life of patients with severe pelvic fractures,and the nursing effect is significant and the safety is higher.
