摘  要:外泌体是来源于细胞外囊泡的脂质双分子层纳米级囊泡。脂质双分子层允许外泌体进行高效率的跨膜转运,而囊泡状结构使其具有装载药物或信号分子等天然优势,这些优势使外泌体在疾病防御、拮抗、免疫中发挥重要作用,并有望成为疾病治疗、诊断、预防的工具。目前关于外泌体的研究不断增多,全面了解外泌体的生物发生、分泌以及货物装载过程,有助于发挥其生理功能、实现其临床应用价值,从而为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。Exosomes are lipid bilayer nanoscale vesicles derived from extracellular vesicles.The lipid bilayer allows exosomes to carry out high-efficiency transmembrane transport,and the vesicular structure gives them natural advantages such as loading drugs or signaling molecules.These advantages make exosomes play an important role in disease defense,antagonism and immunity,and are expected to become a tool for disease treatment,diagnosis and prevention.At present,the research on exosomes is increasing,and a comprehensive understanding of the biogenesis,secretion and cargo loading process of exosomes is helpful to exert their physiological functions and realize their clinical application value,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
