摘 要:鼓膜修补材料是耳科医师治疗鼓膜穿孔的重要材料。随着组织工程技术的发展,人工鼓膜修补材料受到越来越多研究者的关注。这些材料主要集中在3个方面,包括支架、生长因子和干细胞。由于支架能够在鼓膜穿孔处为细胞的迁移、附着及增殖提供支撑结构,出现了许多新颖的支架材料,如贴片、静电纺丝支架。相反,生长因子或干细胞近年仅作为辅助材料联合支架一同用于鼓膜修补。这些材料的出现使得组织工程鼓膜修补材料在治疗鼓膜穿孔上具有巨大潜力,未来可能代替自体组织用于鼓膜穿孔的修补。Tympanic membrane repair material is an important material for otologists to treat tympanic membrane perforation.With the development of tissue engineering technology,more and more researchers are paying attention to artificial tympanicmembrane repair materials,which mainly focus on three aspects,including scaffolds,growth factors and stem cells.Because scaffolds can provide support structures for cell migration,adhesion and proliferation at the perforation of tympanic membrane,many novel scaffolds,such as films,electrospinning scaffolds,have emerged.In contrast,growth factors or stem cells have only been used in recent years as auxiliary materials in conjunction with scaffolds for tympanic membrane repair.The emergence of these materials offers tissue engineering tympanic membrane repair materials great potential in the treatment of tympanic membrane perforation,and can replace autologous tissue in the future.
