糖尿病血管病变机制和治疗的研究进展

摘  要:长期的高糖环境会导致血管内皮细胞结构损害和功能障碍,这是糖尿病发生血管并发症的主要原因。当高糖诱导的相关因子长期攻击微血管时,可引起糖尿病患者发生糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病神经病变,最终导致肾衰竭、失明、下肢截肢等严重后果,严重威胁患者的生命。目前糖尿病血管病变的治疗以抗凝、调血脂、控血压的基础治疗以及药物治疗、物理治疗为主。目前大部分研究通过改善血管内皮细胞功能预防血管并发症发生,同时基因治疗也是预防糖尿病血管并发症的主要方向之一。A prolonged high-glucose environment leads to structural and functional dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells,which is the main reason for the development of vascular complications in diabetes.When high glucose-induced related factors attack the microvessels for a long time,it can cause diabetic patients to develop diabetic nephropathy,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic neuropathy,and ultimately,it can lead to renal failure,blindness,lower limb amputation and other serious consequences,which seriously threaten the survival of the diabetic patients.Currently,the treatments of vascular lesions are mainly basic treatments of anticoagulation,lipid regulation,blood pressure control,as well as medication and physical therapy.At present,most of the studies are aimed at improving the function of vascular endothelial cells so as to prevent vascular complications,meanwhile,gene therapy is also one of the main directions to prevent diabetic vascular complications.
