摘  要:水通道蛋白3(AQP3)为动植物及微生物细胞上普遍存在的一种膜孔道蛋白,其结构中的丙氨酸-脯氨酸-天冬氨酸部分直接参与了水分子的转运过程。AQP3广泛存在于结肠上皮细胞基底部,发挥着调节肠道水分及粪便含水量的作用,与慢性传输型便秘(STC)的发生存在密切关联。中医药治疗便秘历史悠久,现已有大量研究表明中医药可通过内治及外治方法调控AQP3及相关靶点改善STC的症状。深入研究中医药调节AQP3治疗STC的机制,可为进一步深入研究提供方向。Aquaporins 3(AQP3)is a membrane pore protein ubiquitous in animal,plant and microbial cells.The alanine-proline-aspartic acid part of AQP3 structure is directly involved in the transport process of water molecules.AQP3 is widely present in the base of colon epithelial cells,which plays a role in regulating intestinal water content and stool water content,and is closely associated with the occurrence of slow transit constipation(STC).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history in the treatment of constipation.A large number of studies have shown that TCM can regulate AQP3 and related targets through internal and external treatment methods to improve symptoms of STC.Further research on the TCM mechanism regulating AQP3 in the treatment of STC can provide directions for further in-depth research.
