摘　　要：肉毒毒素是由厌氧的肉毒梭形芽孢杆菌在繁殖过程中产生的一种细菌外毒素,它通过抑制神经肌肉接头的乙酰胆碱释放,引起肌肉松弛无力、腺体分泌障碍等化学性去神经作用。肉毒毒素根据自身抗原性分为8种亚型(A-H),其中A型是临床主要应用类型。目前A型肉毒毒素的临床应用除已熟知的痉挛性疾病、肌张力障碍外,在腺体分泌过度、神经性疼痛、自主神经性疾病(如多汗症、流涎症)等治疗领域以及医疗美容领域(除皱、瘦脸、瘦肩、瘦腿、肤质改善等)均有很好的疗效,未来在预防瘢痕、抑郁症等领域也具有广阔的应用前景。Botulinum toxin is a bacterial exotoxin produced by anaerobic Clostridium botulinum during the reproduction process.It inhibits the release of acetylcholine at neuromuscular junctions,causing chemical denervation such as muscle relaxation and weakness,and glandular secretion disorders.Botulinum toxin is classified into 8 subtypes(A-H)based on its own antigenicity,with type A being the main clinical application type.At present,in addition to well-known spastic diseases and dystonia,the clinical application of type A botulinum toxin has good therapeutic effects in the treatment fields of glandular hypersensitivity,neuropathic pain,autonomic diseases(such as hyperhidrosis,salivation),as well as medical beauty fields(wrinkle removal,face slimming,shoulder slimming,leg slimming,skin texture improvement,etc).In the future,it will also have wider applications in the prevention of scars,depression,and other fields in clinical practice.
