摘 要:9Ni钢具有良好的机械性能、可焊性以及低温韧性,已广泛应用于LNG低温储罐。但由于LNG储罐焊缝余高的存在,9Ni钢材料的焊缝和母材对射线的吸收性不同,常规胶片技术的底片质量往往难以满足标准要求,给射线检测带来很大的困难。文章通过对数字射线技术和常规胶片技术进行成像效果比对与分析,得出了数字射线技术的成像质量优于胶片技术的结论,再通过合理的工艺设置,成功解决了9Ni钢焊接接头检测难题。此外,文章还以某容积为20万m 3的LNG低温储罐为例,对数字射线技术在LNG安装工程项目中的应用情况进行了介绍,应用结果显示,数字射线技术在成像质量和检测工时两个方面具有显著优势,有望得到进一步的推广应用。9Ni steel has good mechanical properties,weldability and low temperature toughness and has been widely used in LNG cryogenic storage tanks.Yet due to the existence of residual weld height in LNG storage tanks and the different ray absorption of weld and base material,it isoften difficult for the substrate quality to meet the standard requirements,which brings great difficulties to radiographic testing.By comparing and analyzing the imaging effects of digital radiography and conventional film technology,it was concluded that the imaging quality of digital radiography technology is better than that of film technology.Then through reasonable process settings,the testing problem of 9Ni steel welded joints was solvedsuccessfully.In addition,taking an LNG cryogenic storage tank with a volume of 200,000 m 3 as an example,this paper also introduced the application of digital radiography technology in LNG installation projects,and the application results show that digital radiography has significant advantages in terms of imaging quality and testing time,and is expected to be further popularized and applied.
