摘 要:文章针对焦炭塔披挂式其保温的结构和特点,结合某企业焦炭塔(C2101/2)现场保温整体下沉的现象,通过现场实际检查和红外扫描分析得出其保温普遍超温的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。同时,还对焦炭塔披挂式保温安装施工过程的相关技术进行了分析和探讨。采用改进后的施工技术对该塔保温进行折除、更换后,超温现象得到了有效治理,保障了焦炭塔系统长周期、高效、安全、平稳运行。该案例可为焦炭塔披挂式保温施工质量的提升提供参考。In view of the structure and characteristics of coke tower wrapped insulation and combining with the overall settlement of coke tower(C2101/2)on-site insulation of a certain enterprise,this paper obtained the causes of general overheating of coke tower insulation through on-site inspection and infrared scanning analysis.Then it proposed corresponding solutions.The paper also analyzed and discussed the technologies related to the installation process of coke tower wrapped insulation.After dismantling and replacing the tower insulation with the improved construction technology,the over-temperature has been controlled effectively,which has guaranteed the long-term,high-efficiency,safe and smooth operation of the coke tower system.This case can provide reference for the construction quality improvement of coke tower wrapped insulation.
