高校思想政治教育对大学生网络人格的培育

摘　　要：互联网时代,大学生网络人格的培育是实现思想政治教育成效的重要一环。多元化的价值取向对大学生健康人格的培育提出了巨大挑战。基于大学生网络人格的自由开放性与隐匿封闭性并存、独立自主性与盲目从众性并存、学习规范性与消遣随意性并存的特点,针对大学生网络人格失范的主要表现,从凝结培育力量、丰富培育内容、优化培育过程、增强培育实效等方面提出措施,以促进大学生健康人格的养成。In the Internet era,the cultivation of college students’network personality is an important part of realizing the effect of ideological and political education.Diversified value orientation poses a huge challenge to the cultivation of college students’healthy personality.Based on the characteristics of coexistence of freedom and openness,concealment and closure,coexistence of independence and blind conformity,and coexistence of learning normativeness and recreational randomness,aiming at the main manifestations of college students’network personality anomie,this paper proposes solutions from four aspects:condensing the cultivation force,enriching the cultivation content,optimizing the cultivation process and enhancing the cultivation effect,so as to promote the healthy personality of college students.
