摘 要:目的 基于传染病实时监测报告系统提升综合医疗机构传染病报告质量与管理水平,为传染病防控工作提供有力支持。方法 比较系统建立前后传染病初始漏报率,传染病报告卡填写准确率及完整率、上报重卡率等内容;比较系统中传染病直报功能开通前后疫情管理人员在中国疾病预防控制信息系统上报传染病报告卡的一致性及录入时间等内容。结果 传染病初始漏报率由5.54%降至1.20%(χ^(2)=117.847,P<0.001),报告卡填写准确率由89.87%升至99.17%(χ^(2)=421.370,P<0.001),完整率由94.78%升至98.08%(χ^(2)=54.895,P<0.001),重卡率由0.76%降至0.31%(χ^(2)=6.446,P=0.011),差异均有统计学意义。疫情管理人员录入中国疾病预防控制信息系统的一致率由96.50%提高到100.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.234,P=0.022)。疫情管理人员上报传染病卡的时间由(160.60±20.88)s缩短至(52.85±5.45)s,差异有统计学意义(t=22.331,P<0.001)。结论 传染病实时监测报告系统对提升综合医疗机构传染病报告质量具有积极作用。Objective To evaluation the effectiveness of real-time infectious disease surveillance system on the quality and management of infectious diseases reported in the integrated medical institution,and to provide strong support for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods The card initial missed reporting rate,the card accuracy rate,the card completion rate,and the card repetition rate before and after the implementation of the system were compared.At same time,the consistency and input time of infectious disease report cards reported by epidemic manager to China's Disease Prevention and Control Information System,were compared before and after the direct report function was enabled in the system.Results The initial missed reporting rate was reduced from 5.54%to 1.20%(x2=117.847,P<0.001),the card accuracy rate was increased from 89.87%to 99.17%(x^(2)=421.370,P<0.001),the card completion rate was improved from 94.78%to 98.08%(x^(2)=54.895,P<0.001),the card repetition rate was reduced from 0.76%to 0.31%(x^(2)=6.446,P=0.011).The consistency rate of infectious disease report cards that epidemic manager entering the China's disease prevention and control information system increased from 96.50%to 100.00%(x^(2)=5.234,P=0.022),the input time to report infectious disease cards was shortened from(160.60±20.88)s to(52.85±5.45)s(t=22.331,P<0.001).Conclusions The real-time infectious disease surveillance system plays a positive role in improving the quality of infectious disease reporting in integrated medical institutions.
