摘  要:针对合金材料磨削加工中磨削参数对磨削力和加工表面粗糙度的影响,以轴承合金材料为例,设计了GCr15和42CrMo两种高碳铬轴承材料的平面磨削试验。采用白刚玉砂轮完成三因素四水平正交试验,使用切削力测量系统、三维轮廓仪和超景深三维显微系统进行磨削力和表面粗糙度的数据采集,用于后续分析磨削力和表面粗糙度受磨削参数的影响规律。对试验设备采集数据进行均值分析发现:磨削参数对于磨削加工过程中产生的磨削力和表面质量的影响程度分别是磨削深度>砂轮转速>进给速度。本文研究结果对实际磨削加工的磨削参数优化有一定指导意义。In view of the influence of grinding parameters on the grinding force and surface roughness in the grinding process of alloy materials,taking bearing alloy materials as an example,the plane grinding experiments of two high carbon chromium bearing materials GCr15 and 42CrMo are designed.The orthogonal test of three factors and four levels is carried out with white corundum grinding wheel.In the experiment,the cutting force measurement system,3D profilometer and super depth of field 3D microscope system are used to collect the data of grinding force and surface roughness,which is used for the subsequent analysis of the grinding force and surface roughness affected by grinding parameters.After the mean value analysis of the data collected by the test equipment,it is found that,the influence degree of grinding parameters on grinding force and surface quality in grinding process is as follow:grinding depth>grinding wheel speed>feed speed.For the above conclusions,theoretical analysis and research are carried out in this paper.The research results have certain guiding significance for the optimization of grinding parameters in actual grinding process.
