摘  要:在加工某型飞机的肩轴时,某型刀具的使用效果不理想,一件刀具不能完成一件肩轴的加工,生产效率极低。针对该型刀具的测量系统分析(MSA),运用统计技术分析测量系统的重复性、再现性(Gage R&R)以及可区分类别数(DNC),判断原测量系统不可用。通过对刀具几何角度的特性进行分析与研究提出新的测量方法,并对新的测量系统进行分析,证明新测量系统的适用性。该系统保证了刀具质量,解决了某型飞机肩轴加工效率低的问题。When machining a shoulder shaft of a certain type of aircraft,the use effect of tool is unsatisfactory,a tool cannot complete the machining of a shoulder shaft,resulting in extremely low production efficiency.This article uses statistical technology to analyze the measurement system(MSA)of this type of tool,and obtains the repeatability and reproducibility(Gage R&R)and distinguishable classification number(DNC)of the measurement system.It is determined that the original measurement system is not available.By analyzing and studying the characteristics of the geometric angle of the cutting tool,a new measurement method is proposed,and the new measurement system is analyzed.It is concluded that the new measurement system is acceptable.The application of the new measurement system ensures the quality of the cutting tool and solves the problem of low machining efficiency for the shoulder shaft of a certain aircraft.
