摘　　要：为满足压阻式压力传感器绝缘性能测试、静态性能测试、温度性能测试等校验功能,本文设计了一种专用于压阻式压力传感器多路全自动校验系统,并采用活塞压力计、高精度温度巡检仪、多功能校准器、绝缘电阻表构成高精度验证系统,进行试验和评估。实验表明:测试数据结果满足全自动压力校验系统技术参数要求。In order to meet the calibration functions of piezoresistive pressure sensor,such as insulation performance test,static performance test and temperature performance test,this paper designs a multi-channel automatic cali-bration system for piezoresistive pressure sensor,and uses piston pressure gauge,high-precision temperature in-spection instrument,multi-function calibrator and insulation resistance meter to form a high-precision verification system for testing and evaluation.The experimental results show that the test data meet the technical parameters of the automatic pressure calibration system.
