摘  要:当前,航空修理企业对压气机等冷端叶片外形尺寸测量把控严格,关键尺寸精度要求高。由于历史原因和标准工装等制约,因此,采用机械百分表进行人工方式测量较多。为改善测量效率,提升数据精度,实现在线测量数字化,本文采用高采集频率的光栅式数显千分表,结合基于LabVIEW平台的自编叶片外径测量软件进行测量研究。结果表明:该研究能使精度由0.02mm提升至0.001mm,可减少操作人员、缩短工作时长,且工作效率提高了75%。At present,aviation repair enterprises strictly control the overall dimension measurement of cold end blades such as compressors and require high precision of key dimensions.Due to the constraints of historical reasons and standard tooling,the mechanical dial indicator is used for manual measurement.In order to improve measure-ment efficiency,enhance data accuracy and realize online measurement digitization,this paper adopts grating digit-al display dial meter with high acquisition frequency and self-designed blade outer diameter measurement software based on LabVIEW platform for measurement research.The results show that the accuracy can be improved from 0.02mm to 0.001mm,the operator can be reduced,the working time can be shortened,and the working efficiency can be increased by 75%.
