摘  要:采用金相显微镜、洛式硬度计、扫描电镜、X荧光光谱仪等检测分析手段,对材质为G20Cr2Ni4A的轴承滚子开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:G20Cr2Ni4A钢的化学成分、硬度、渗碳层深度及金相组织等均符合技术标准要求;失效滚子基体中存在的氢脆缺陷,大大增加了材料脆性,此为其快速脆性断裂的主要原因。The reason on the fracture of G20Cr2Ni4A steel bearing ring was analyzed by metallurgical microscope,rockwell hardness tester,scanning electron microscope,and X ray fluorescence etc.The results shows that the chemical composition,rockwell hardness,the depth of the carburizing layer,and metallographic microstructure of G20Cr2Ni4A steel were all meet the requirements of technical standards.Hydrogen embrittlement defects were contained in the failure roller,and increased the brittleness of the material,which was the main reason for rapid brittle fracture.
