摘  要:某企业3号垃圾焚烧炉水冷壁管出现爆口,导致锅炉不能正常工作。针对此问题,对水冷壁管进行了宏观形貌观察、壁厚测量、力学性能检测、微观形貌及金相组织分析等。从检测结果上判断,造成水冷壁管出现爆口的原因为水冷壁管靠近吹灰器,吹灰过程使得管子表面不断减薄,从而影响管子的力学性能和组织结构,最后出现爆裂。The water-cooled wall pipe of a certain enterprise's No.3 waste incinerator has exploded,causing the boiler to malfunction.In response to this issue,macroscopic morphology observation,wall thickness measurement,mechanical properties testing,microscopic morphology,and metallographic structure analysis were conducted on the water-cooled wall tube.Judging from the inspection results,the reason for the explosion of the water-cooled wall pipe is that the water-cooled wall pipe is close to the soot blower,and the soot blowing process continuously thins the surface of the pipe,thereby affecting the mechanical properties and organizational structure of the pipe,and ultimately leading to explosion.
