摘 要:以Al-Si-Mg合金作为测试材料,挤压成型后对其实施T6时效处理,对比了不同挤压比下Al-5.5Mg-1.2Si-0.5Cu-0.2Mn合金显微组织变化。研究结果表明:所有挤压比下合金组织中都形成了大量第二相颗粒,并且整体分布形态都较均匀,颗粒外形主要为短棒型与类球形结构;挤压比26.2时,合金得到最小的晶粒尺寸,此时形成了具有球型结构的Mg2Si析出相,形成了98.4%的再结晶组织,亚组织占比约1.5%。同时形成了更多的板形β′相,此时针形β″相的长度在18.5~46μm范围内。Using Al-Si-Mg alloy as test material,the alloy was subjected to T6 aging treatment after extrusion,and the microstructure changes of Al-5.5Mg-1.2Si-0.5Cu-0.2Mn alloy under different extrusion ratios were compared.The results show that a large number of second phase particles are formed in the alloy structures under all extrusion ratios,and the overall distribution of the particles is relatively uniform,and the shape of the particles is mainly short rod type and spheroid structure.At the extrusion ratio of 26.2,the alloy obtained the smallest grain size,and the Mg2Si precipitated phase with spherical structure was formed,and the recrystallization structure was 98.4%,and the substructure ratio was about 1.5%.At the same time,more plateβ'phases are formed,and the length of needleβ"phase is in the range of 18.5~46μm.
