摘  要:检测对比存在条痕发白缺陷的三价铬钝化热镀锌样板与正常样板的钝化膜厚、耐湿性和耐蚀性,采用扫描电镜SEM及能谱仪EDS分析钝化膜的微观形貌和局部的元素成分。分析结果表明,条痕发白缺陷是钝化效果差所致,通过提高钝化辊加工精度、降低钝化辊压力等措施可改善此类缺陷。By comparing the passivation film thickness,moisture resistance,and corrosion resistance of the sample with stripe whitening defects with normal samples,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)were used to analyze the micro morphology and local elemental composition of the passivation film.The analysis result shows that the stripe whitening defect was caused by poor passivation effect.Measures such as improving the processing accuracy of the passivation rller and reducing the pressure of the passivation roller can improve this type of defect.
