摘  要:稀土元素在现代工业中具有重要的应用价值,然而稀土冶炼过程会产生大量的废水,其中含有大量的稀土沉积物。为有效改进稀土冶炼废水处理和提取稀土的效率,对焙烧预处理—盐酸浸出工艺提取稀土工艺进行研究。实验结果表明:废水沉淀物在温度800℃条件下焙烧1 h,在温度80℃+液固体积质量比4∶1+搅拌速度400 r/min+5 mol/L盐酸浸出0.5 h条件下,稀土冶炼废水沉淀物中稀土浸出率可达99.22%,浸出效果较好。Rare earth elements have important application value in modern industry,but the rare earth smelting process generates a large amount of wastewater,which contains a large amount of rare earth deposits.To effectively improve the efficiency of rare earth smelting wastewater treatment and rare earth extraction,the roasting pretreatment hydrochloric acid leaching process for rare earth extraction was studied.The experimental results show that the rare earth leaching rate in the precipitates of rare earth smelting wastewater can reach 99.22%under the conditions of roasting at 800℃for 1 hour,temperature 80℃+liquid-solid volume ratio 4:1+stirring speed 400 r/min+5 mol/L hydrochloric acid leaching for 0.5 hours,and the leaching effect is good.
