摘  要:由于九钢3号1780 m^(3)高炉炉缸侧壁环炭局部测温点以及与之对应的炉缸冷却壁、炉壳外部温度均出现逐渐升高趋势,开始威胁到高炉正常冶炼生产,故停炉进行大修。在开炉生产过程中,坚持“快速加热炉缸、提高料柱透气性、适时引气、出好第一炉铁”的原则,采用铁口预埋氧枪以及快速降硅等技术,通过一系列精心的开炉准备工作,并制订科学合理的开炉方案,实现了安全顺利开炉和快速达产达标。Due to the gradual increase in the local temperature measurement points of the carbon ring on the side wall of No.31780 m^(3) blast furmace hearth at Jiugang,as well as the corresponding external temperatures of the hearth cooling wall and furnace shell,which began to threaten the normal smelting production of the blast furnace,the furnace was shut down for major repairs.During the production process of opening the furnace,the principle of"rapid heating of the furnace hearth,improving the permeability of the material column,timely air injection,and producing the frst furnace iron"is adhered to.Through a series of meticulous preparation work for opening the furnace and the development of a scientific and reasonable opening plan,the safe and smooth opening of the furnace and the rapid reaching of production standards are achieved.
