摘  要:介绍了KR、BOF、LF炉、VD炉等工序的脱硫机理,分析了各工序的脱硫能力及脱硫效率。根据设备工艺特性,对炼钢过程各工序脱硫任务进行重新分配与优化,重点利用转炉脱硫和VD炉脱硫能力,降低KR和LF炉脱硫压力。KR工序的出站w(S)由0.001%增加至0.045%左右,VD脱硫率由63.3%提高至80.26%。炼钢工序补热剂降本1 800万元/a,折合每年减少CO_(2)排放量4万t,有效推动了绿色钢铁厂建设。This article introduces the desulfurization mechanism of processes such as KR,BOF,LF furnace,VD furnace,and analyzes the desulfurization capacity and efficiency of each process.According to the process characteristics of the equipment,the desulfurization tasks in each process of the steelmaking process are reassigned and optimized,with a focus on utilizing the desulfurization capabilities of the converter and VD furnaces to reduce the desulfurization tasks of the KR and LF furnaces.The outbound sulfur of the KR process increased from 0.001%to about 0.045%,and the desulfurization rate of the VD furnace increased from 63.3%to 80.26%.The cost reduction of heat replenishing agents in the steelmaking process is 18 million yuan/year,equivalent to an annual emission reduction of 40000 tons of CO_(2),effectively promoting the construction of green steel plants.
