摘　　要：由于LF精炼炉冶炼周期缩短,在快节奏生产条件下,如果不能快速实现脱硫所需的冶金物理化学条件,就会显著降低LF精炼炉脱硫率。天津市新天钢联合特钢有限公司炼钢厂为适应快节奏的生产条件,对LF精炼渣系、成渣速度、吹氩搅拌和温度控制等进行一系列的工艺调整,LF精炼脱硫率明显提高,取得了良好的效果。Under the fast-paced production conditions,if the metallurgical and physicochemical conditions required for desulfurization cannot be achieved quickly enough due to the shortened smelting cycle of the LF refining furnace,it will significantly reduce the desulfurization rate of the LF refining furnace.To adapt to the fast-paced production conditions,the steelmaking plant of Tianjin Xintian Steel United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.has made a series of process adjustments to LF refining slag system,slag-forming speed,argon stirring,temperature control,etc.LF refining desulfurization rate has been significantly improved,achieving good results.
