摘  要:电除尘器泄爆是干法除尘设备在使用过程中经常遇到的问题,影响人员和设备安全,干扰生产顺行。介绍了转炉干法除尘技术的工艺流程、主要设备组成和在国内的使用情况,重点阐述了电除尘器泄爆类型、泄爆原理、导致泄爆的因素、控制泄爆的措施以及控制效果,同时提出在蒸发冷却器出口增设烟气成分在线分析仪,并参与控制。针对泄爆开发基于模型的控制系统,实现了智能化控制,减少了人为操作因素对干法除尘系统的影响,达到减少泄爆并最终消除泄爆的目的。Explosion discharge of electrostatic precipitators is a common problem encountered during the use of dry dust removal equipment,which affects the safety of personnel and equipment and interferes with the smooth operation of production.This article introduces the process flow,main equipment composition,and domestic use of the converter dry dust removal technology,with a focus on the types and principles of electrostatic precipitator explosion,the factors that cause explosion,the measures to control explosion,and the control effects.At the same time,it is proposed to add an online analyzer for flue gas composition at the outlet of the evaporative cooler and participate in the control.A model-based control system has been developed for explosion venting,achieving intelligent control and reducing the impact of human operation factors on the dry dust removal system.The goal is to reduce and ultimately eliminate explosion venting.
