摘 要:基于韩家洼煤矿203工作面受冲刷带断层叠加地质构造影响,过地质构造冲刷带期间出现工作面瓦斯超限现象,通过技术研究对采场瓦斯运移以及涌出时空分布规律进行合理分析,并根据回采现状提出了“布置高位钻孔+上隅角封堵+浅孔排放+布置迎面斜交钻孔”等综合瓦斯治理技术手段。通过实际应用效果来看,采用瓦斯治理技术后,降低了工作面瓦斯浓度,提高了瓦斯抽采纯量,过冲刷带、构造叠加区未发生瓦斯超限等事故。Based on the influence of geological structures superimposed on the erosion zone faults in the 203 working face of Hanjiawa Coal Mine,the phenomenon of gas exceeding the limit of the working face occurred during the period of passing through the geological structure erosion zone.Through technical research,a reasonable analysis was conducted on the spatiotemporal distribution law of gas migration and emission in the working face.Based on the current mining situation,comprehensive gas control techniques such as"arranging high-level drilling+upper corner sealing+shallow hole discharge+arranging face-to-face oblique drilling"were proposed.From the practical application results,it can be seen that the gas control technology has reduced the gas concentration in the working face,increased the pure amount of gas extraction,and no accidents such as gas exceeding the limit have occurred in the erosion zone and structural superposition area.
