摘　　要：干油润滑是钢铁企业用于维护、保养机械设备及延长其寿命的重要手段。对传统干油润滑系统和智能干油集中润滑系统进行了介绍,对2050热轧线润滑模式进行了分析研究,通过采用智能干油集中润滑系统、分组用户点制定差异化润滑模式,实现了干油精准调控,达到了降本增效、节能环保的目标。Dry oil lubrication is an important means for steel enterprises to maintain,and extend the lifespan of mechanical equipment.The traditional dry oil lubrication system and intelligent dry oil centralized lubrication system were introduced,and the lubrication mode of the 2050 hot rolling line was analyzed and studied.By adopting the intelligent dry oil centralized lubrication system and grouping user points to develop differentiated lubrication mode,precise control of dry oil was achieved,achieving the goals of cost reduction,efficiency increase,energy conservation and environmental protection.
