摘　　要：以某冷轧厂冷轧连续退火机组压块机为研究对象,分析了压块机的工作原理及其在连续退火机组生产使用中出现的剪刃崩口、剪刃掉落、剪刃松动等问题,并采取了相应的改进措施。同时,找出了一种有效可行的精确调整剪刃间隙的方法,经实践应用表明,改进后的调整方法使得剪刃间隙调整精度明显提升,取得了良好的效果。The briquetting machine of continuous annealing unit in a cold rolling mill was studied.This paper analyzes the working principle of the briquetting machine and the problems of shear edge breakage,shear edge falling,and shear edge loosening that occur in the production and use of continuous annealing units,and takes corresponding improvement measures.At the same time,an effective and feasible method for accurately adjusting the gap between the cutting edges was found.Practical applications have shown that the improved adjustment method significantly improves the accuracy of the cutting edge gap adjustment and achieves good results.
