摘  要:转炉汽化烟道作为转炉工序重要组成部分,烟道工作环境恶劣,漏水问题多发。以某钢厂200 t转炉汽化烟道为研究对象,分别从烟道内漏和外漏两方面综合分析汽化烟道漏水的形成机理,并总结出了优化措施。经过生产检验,吨钢蒸汽回收量由75 kg提高到105 kg以上,生产成本降低3.3元/t。Vaporizing flue of converter is an important part of converter process.The working environment is harsh and the leakage problem is frequent.The causes of water leakage in vaporizing flue pipe of 200 t converter in a steelmaking workshop are analyzed,and the treatment scheme and corresponding countermeasures are given.After the production test,the steam recovery of tons of steel was increased from 75 kg to more than 105 kg,and the production cost of tons of steel was reduced by 3.3 yuan.
