摘  要:针对大型液氧贮槽普遍存在的大量放空造成的能源浪费现象,分析了影响贮槽放空的主要因素,通过对各主要因素影响贮槽放空量的计算分析,提出了通过提高空分装置液氧产品过冷度实现液氧贮槽零放空的设计优化措施,并对现有的液氧贮槽压力控制方案进行了优化。Energy wastage is common in large liquid oxygen storage tanks caused by a large amount of release.The main factors affecting the release of storage tank were analyzed.Based on the calculation and analysis of the main factors affecting the release amount of the tank,the design optimization measures to realize the zero release of the tank by increase the de⁃gree of supercooling of liquid oxygen product in the air separation unit were put forward,and the existing pressure control scheme of the liquid oxygen tank was optimized.
