摘 要:采用华爱GC9580气相色谱仪搭载热导检测器(TCD)对氪氖混合气中的氪气含量进行测量。建立混合气体中氪气含量测量的数学模型,分析测量不确定度的来源并应用数理统计的方法对氪气含量的不确定度分量进行评定。结果表明测量不确定度的主要来源是标准物质和测量重复性,检测仪器定量重复性的影响较小。Using Huaai GC9580 gas chromatograph equipped with TCD to measure the krypton content in the krypton and neon mixture gas.A mathematical model for measuring the krypton content in the mixture was established,the sources of measurement uncertainty were analyzed,and the uncertainty components of the krypton content were evaluated using mathe⁃matical statistical methods.The results indicate that the main sources of measurement uncertainty are standard materials and measurement repeatability,with minimal impact on quantitative repeatability of detection instruments.
