保肾膏穴位热敷联合多种模式医学健康管理在慢性肾功能衰竭中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察保肾膏热敷肾俞穴联合多种模式医学健康管理在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析CRF患者共106例,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组49例及联合组57例。对照组给予多种模式医学健康管理,联合组在对照组基础上联合保肾膏热敷肾俞穴进行治疗。比较2组治疗前后CRF症状(精神状态、五官症状、消化系统异常)量化分级评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分,以及患者对护理服务、医疗质量、住院环境、管理的满意度。结果:治疗后,2组精神状态、五官症状、消化系统异常等各项症状量化分级评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SF-36量表中总体健康、人际交往、角色功能、精神状态评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且联合组上述各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组护理服务、医疗质量、住院环境、管理满意度分别为96.49%、92.98%、91.23%、94.74%,对照组分别为81.63%、75.51%、77.55%、79.59%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保肾膏热敷肾俞穴联合多种模式医学健康管理可有效缓解CRF患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量及对治疗的满意度。Objective:To observe the application value of hot compress at Shenshu point(BL 23)with Baoshen Adhesive Plaster combined with multi-mode medical health management in treating chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:A total of 106 cases of CRF patients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the combination group according to different treatment methods,with 49 and 57 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given multi-mode medical health management,and the combination group was additionally treated with hot compress at Shenshu point(BL 23)with Baoshen Adhesive Plaster based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,quantitative classification scores of CRF symptoms(mental state,facial symptoms,digestive system abnormalities),Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores,and patients'satisfaction with nursing services,medical quality,hospital environment and management were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the quantitative classification scores of symptoms including mental state,facial symptoms and digestive system abnormalities on the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores of general health,interpersonal communication,role function and mental health in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction with nursing service,medical quality,hospital environment and management was 96.49%,92.98%,91.23%and 94.74%respectively in the combination group and 81.63%,75.51%,77.55%and 79.59%respectively in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot compress at Shenshu point(BL 23)with Baoshen Adhesive Plaster combined with multi-mode medical health management can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of
