摘　　要：介绍叶蔚主任医师治疗便秘的临证经验。叶蔚医师从脏腑论治,认为当代便秘的病机在于腑气不通,肠道失润;应以宣肺疏肝健脾、润肠通便为治则。常用开宣肺气、提壶揭盖,疏肝理气、条达气机,健脾和胃、升降得司诸法,同时强调慎用攻下。辨证施用苏子降气汤、增液汤、枳术丸、五磨饮子、柴胡疏肝散等方。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Chief Physician YE Wei in treating constipation.From the perspective of viscera and bowels,YE Wei believes that the modern pathogenesis of constipation lies in the blockage of bowel qi and the failure to moisten intestine;the treatment principles should be diffusing the lung,smoothing the live,and fortifying the spleen,as well as moistening the intestines to promote defecation.Commonly-used treatment methods include the methods of diffusing lung qi,diffusing the lung for promoting urination,smoothing the liver and regulating qi,unblocking qi movement,fortifying the spleen and harmonizing the stomach,and normal function of ascending and descending of qi movement,and the method of purgation should be used with caution.Suzi Jiangqi Decoction,Zengye Decoction,Zhizhu Pills,Wumo Yinzi and Chaihu Shugan Powder can be used based on syndrome differentiation.
