独活寄生汤联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊对膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨独活寄生汤联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的疗效。方法选取2020年2月至2022年1月在唐河县中医院接受治疗的共计112例KOA患者,根据随机摸球法分为研究组(n=56)与对照组(n=56),对照组采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,研究组采用独活寄生汤与盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合治疗,对两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、膝关节功能及不良反应进行比较。结果研究组治疗有效率(96.43%)高于对照组(83.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后(治疗两周后),两组患者中医症候积分均有所下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后(治疗两周后),两组患者的西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表(WOMAC)评分均有所降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(1.79%)低于对照组(8.93%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论独活寄生汤与盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合应用于KOA患者治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,改善临床症状、膝关节功能,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsule on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 112 KOA patients treated in Tanghe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a study group(n=56)and a control group(n=56)according to the random ball-touching method.The control group was treated with a glucosamine hydrochloride capsule,and the study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with a glucosamine hydrochloride capsule.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,knee joint function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group(96.43%)was higher than that of the control group(83.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment(two weeks after treatment),the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment(two weeks after treatment),the western ontario and mcmaster university osteoarthritis index scale(WOMAC)scores of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(1.79%)was lower than that in the control group(8.93%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of KOA patients can improve clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,knee joint function,and high safety.
