摘 要:为研究Te对预硬化模具钢机加性能的影响,对不同Te含量、不同硬度的40Cr13塑料模具钢板开展铣削、钻削加工测试,用Kistler测力仪测试切削力,用表面粗糙度测量仪检测铣削后的表面光洁度,用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪等对试样中含碲夹杂物进行解析。研究表明:添加Te后可显著降低铣削、钻削时的切削力,Te含量越高,切削力越小,Te添加量为0.014%时,44HRC硬度试样的铣削力与36HRC低硬度无Te试样的铣削力相同;对比无Te试样,添加Te可以改善表面光洁度,高Te试样的表面粗糙度最小;Te在钢中形成MnTe包裹MnS的复合夹杂物,夹杂物的等效直径增大,密度减小;Te含量较高时,会形成单独的MnTe,含Te夹杂物成为钢中易切削相和断屑源。In order to study the effect of Tellurium on the mechanical properties of pre hardened die steel,milling and drilling tests are carried out on 40Cr13 plastic die steel plates with different Te content and hardness.The cutting force is measured by Kistler dynamometer,the surface roughness after milling is measured by surface roughness meter,and the tellurium inclusions in the samples are analyzed by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.The results show that the cutting force during milling and drilling can be significantly reduced when Te is added to the steel.The higher Te content,the smaller cutting force.The cutting force of 44HRC hardness sample with 0.014%Te is the same as that of 36HRC low hardness sample without Te.Compared with the samples without Te,the surface finish can be improved by adding Te to the steel,and the surface roughness of the samples with high Te is the smallest.Te forms MnTe wrapped MnS composite inclusion in steel,the equivalent diameter of the inclusion increases and the density decreases.When Te content is high,separate MnTe will be formed,and Te containing inclusions become the free cutting phase and chip breaking source in steel.
