摘 要:空气涡轮机静叶片是涡轮机重要部件之一,通常为两半式叶片,中分面被分割叶片的精铣成形工艺是叶片加工的关键。传统铣削加工工艺会引起叶片上翘变形,中分面上的叶片出现错位变形,造成汽道不流畅,甚至导致零件报废。针对空气涡轮机TC4钛合金静叶片精铣时的变形问题,对传统铣削工艺进行优化,提出在叶片刚性较好时,先对叶片尾缘进行插铣精加工,再精铣叶身的新工艺。在整体加工余量较多时,先插铣加工叶片尾缘,在后续整体精铣中避开对尾缘的切削,避免尾缘在厚度较薄、刚性较差时因铣削受力引起形变的问题,新工艺解决了两半式静叶片精铣加工变形的难题,在涡轮机静叶片的加工生产中具有指导意义。The turbine stator blade is one of the most important parts of the air turbine.It is usually composed of two halves with a joint surface.The fine milling of the split blade is crucial to blade processing.The traditional milling process will lead to blades warping and deforming.The blades on the joint surface will be dislocated and deformed,resulting in unsmooth air passages and even scrapping parts.Aiming at the deformation problem of air turbine TC4 stator blades in fine milling,the milling process is optimized and a novel process is proposed.The trailing edge of the blade is processed first by plunge milling,and then the blade body is finely milled.This process can solve the deformation problem in fine milling of the two-half stator blades.It shows a great significance in milling of turbine stator blades.
