摘  要:飞机承力部件采用大量的复合材料及难加工金属异质叠层结构,针对复材异质叠层在制孔过程中易出现烧蚀、孔壁划伤、出孔面质量缺陷以及制孔效率低、刀具寿命短等问题,采用EDU进行半自动制孔工艺参数切削试验,利用电流作为轴向力和扭矩的间接测量手段,对制孔过程中的重要表征量钻削力进行监测,判断制孔过程转速和进给量所反映的加工状态,为复材异质叠层制孔时线速度的选取提供依据,同时满足复材异质叠层的加工质量要求。Aircraft bearing parts are made of a large number of composite materials and difficult to process metal heterogeneous laminated structures.In view of the problems that the composite heterogeneous laminated materials are prone to ablation,hole wall scarring,hole surface quality defects,low hole making efficiency and short tool life in the process of hole making,EDU cemented carbide coated drill and reamer and reaming drill are used to carry out parameter cutting tests.By using the current as an indirect measurement of axial force and torque,the drilling force,an important characteristic quantity in the process of hole making,is monitored,and the processing state reflected by the rotational speed and feed in the process of hole making is judged,which provides a basis for the selection of linear velocity in the process of hole making of heterogeneous laminated materials,and meets the processing quality requirements of heterogeneous laminated materials.
