摘  要:为解决波形弹簧人工检测效率低、检测精度差等问题,提出了一种基于光谱共焦测量原理的波形弹簧自由高度检测方法。该方法利用光谱共焦位移传感器与精密机械转台组成旋转扫描测量系统,在自由状态下实现对波形弹簧表面轮廓扫描测量,并针对其轮廓特征提出一种等步距窗口移动的峰值提取算法,完成了波形弹簧所有波峰峰值点的精确提取,最终实现对波形弹簧自由高度的精确评定。与传统人工测量方法相比,本方法的测量效率提高200%以上,测量精度由0.01mm提高到0.003mm,对波形弹簧工艺参数的优化以及制造性能的提升具有重要意义。In order to solve the problem of low manual measurement efficiency and poor accuracy of wave springs,a method for measuring the free height of wave springs based on the principle of spectral confocal measurement is proposed.This method used a spectral confocal sensor and a precision mechanical turntable to form a rotating scanning measurement system,which realized the scanning measurement of the surface profile of the wave springs in a free state.A peak extraction algorithm with equal-step window movement is put forward to accurately extract the all the peaks of the wave springs,and the accurate evaluation of the free height of the wave spring is realized eventually.Compared with the manual measurement method,the measurement efficiency of this method is increased by more than 200%,and the measurement accuracy is increased from 0.01mm to 0.003mm,which is of great significance to optimize the process parameters and improve the manufacturing performance of the wave spring.
