摘　　要：为解决GDX1型包装机在实际生产中,模盒输送链板上烟末堆积,导致烟支输送模盒的齿形带过载,在从动轮处撕裂或者拉断,造成模盒损坏故障,产生烟支产品质量缺陷质量事故。设计了定时自动清洁控制装置,该装置能够准确且高效地清洁烟支输送模盒齿形带与带轮之间堆积的烟末,降低了烟支输送模盒的维修频次。GDX1烟支输送模盒的维修频次下降到0.17次/月,降低维修成本,提升设备效率。The purpose is to solve the problem of smoke accumulation on the conveyor chain plate of the GDX1 packaging machine in actual production,which leads to overload of the toothed belt of the cigarette conveying mold box,tearing or breaking at the driven wheel,causing damage to the mold box and causing quality defects and accidents of cigarette products.A timed automatic cleaning control device,the conical high-pressure air cleaning mechanism is designed.This device can accurately and efficiently clean the accumulated cigarette dust between the toothed belt and pulley of the cigarette conveying mold box,reducing the maintenance frequency of the cigarette conveying mold box.The maintenance frequency of the GDX1 cigarette conveying mold box has decreased to 0.17 times per month,reducing maintenance costs and improving equipmentefficiency.
